Dear Shareholder:

The 2025 Annual General Meeting for the Thistle Curling Club will be held at the Thistle Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. You are invited to attend. We will be providing committee reports and summarizing activity for the past year, reviewing our financial status, and electing/re-electing board members. Copies of the 2025 AGM minutes will be available for review.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please forward the attached proxy to the club. You may give your proxy to any other shareholder or to one of the board members who will be at the meeting: President Dave Moore, Derek Toppin, Cory Wilson, Craig Miller, Ian Cordner, Lisa Miller, Shelly Grove, Todd Byers. About The Club

The Thistle Curling Club is the oldest club in Edmonton. Founded in 1920, it has been in its current location in northeast Edmonton since 1952. Our club is a modern facility with 8 sheets of excellent ice, locker rooms, food services and a great lounge.
